In this episode, we have a lot of fun meandering our way through a myriad of topics with our special guest, Ryan Howard of "Rollin' Bones!" Some highlights include an interview with Ryan, discussion of city campaigns, archetypes for characters, safety tools for RPGs, espionage RPGs, random dungeons, and, OF COURSE, the 1991 original Dark Sun setting and why it fits perfectly with the Dungeon Crawl Classics rule set. So, get comfortable folks, this is a long one! Check out Ryan's Twitch stream at Twitch TV: Rollin' Bones.

As a guy whose favorite class is psionicist, it still escapes me why so many people say, ”Oh my god, psionics are SOOO CRAZY NOBODY CAN UNDERSTAND THEM.” 1e psionics were , true, but 2e is just a proficiency check. That’s it. If you can make an ability check or proficiency check, you can run Steve Winter’s psionics system.
