It's been a minute, but we are back at our trek through the classic Call of Cthulhu campaign, "Masks of Nyarlathotep." This time Bill is sick, so its up to Edwin and Lou to come through. we've got some great write-ins about using other adventure parties as random encounters, a question about XP systems and what they contribute to the feel of a campaign, and then a run through of the London portion of the Masks.

Good episode, lots to fix in that module! To defend at least one game where you have to play established characters, Jerry Stratton’s Kolchak game at North Texas casts players in the roles of characters from the TV show. Obviously people want to play as Kolchak, but I’ve had a blast playing the side characters and wind up contributing mightily to the success of the party. So give it a try, it might be your bag.
